What you'll do

• Assist with personal care and daily living skills
• implement and document Outcome Plans
• support medication and outing documentation
• provide basic first aid and CPR and administer medications or specialized care as ordered and trained
• record vital signs
• support meals and sanitation
• complete safety checks and drills
• provide transportation and facilitate community activities, shopping, and relationships
• maintain shift and communication records.
