What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and audit Division Safety Managers
• ensure compliance with corporate programs, client safety plans, regulations, and safety management plans
• oversee audits, corrective actions, training records, credentials, and OSHA 300 logs
• direct incident reporting, investigations, injury case management, and return-to-work programs
• govern electrical PPE and high-risk safety procedures
• partner with project and executive leaders on safety issues
• monitor fleet-driving performance and report regional risks.
