Intermediate IT Technician

What you'll do

• Manage escalated incidents and service requests
• troubleshoot Windows, Office 365, computers, mobile devices, and network-connected peripherals
• configure and maintain end-user hardware and software to DoD standards
• perform system imaging and PXE deployments
• conduct root-cause analysis and corrective or preventive actions
• triage and route ticket queues
• support network connectivity, VPN access, and endpoint security
• guide users and mentor junior technicians
• document incidents and resolutions.
