Field Service Technician and Warehouse Manager

What you'll do

• Keep the warehouse organized and clean
• unload window, door, and material deliveries
• visit customer homes to replace sashes and resolve issues
• handle inbound and outbound calls
• maintain knowledge of products, policies, and services
• follow standard procedures
• keep workspace and vehicle organized
• assist with team training as assigned
• install minor window and door jobs.
