What you'll do

• Administer the residency
• oversee resident clinical training
• develop and implement curriculum
• evaluate program content, faculty, and resident performance
• oversee off-site rotations
• maintain education records
• recruit and select residents
• ensure CODA compliance
• provide clinical leadership and supervise dental staff
• manage program and clinic budgets
• oversee didactic instruction, seminars, literature reviews, and case conferences
• manage resident schedules and build referral networks.
