Provide telephonic triage, screening, and crisis intervention for members seeking behavioral health services. Provide ambulatory behavioral health services including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, case management, and psychotherapeutic intervention. Work as part of a team in the Crisis and Triage Advice Line. Ensure members receive the appropriate level of care, schedule appointments,
