What you'll do

• Direct day-to-day facility operations
• ensure federal, state, and local regulatory compliance
• lead and mentor department heads
• support census growth through marketing, business development, and community partnerships
• manage budgeting, labor, expenses, and financial performance
• monitor KPIs and implement improvement plans
• maintain survey readiness and lead surveys
• lead QAPI initiatives
• partner with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team
• collaborate with corporate leadership
• promote customer service for residents, families, employees, and referral partners.
