What you'll do

• Partner with Project Managers to plan and execute purchasing strategies aligned with project estimates and timelines
• prepare, review, and issue purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders
• negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions
• evaluate vendor and subcontractor proposals
• track contracts, insurance certificates, and required documentation
• coordinate equipment and material needs with Fleet, Logistics, and Project Teams
• maintain project and cost system data
• support cost control and estimating initiatives through reporting and insights.

Why this role
