Job Title: Overnight Youth Support Specialist. Department: Residential Services. The Overnight Youth Support Specialist is responsible for the overnight supervision and care of youth in agency living suites/cottages. This includes ensuring safety and well-being through regular checks, responding to emergent situations, providing crisis intervention, and supporting morning routines before school.
