What you'll do

• Use a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to provide applicable intake, assessment, case management, crisis intervention, safety planning, court education, information, and referrals
• provide in-person and virtual courtroom support, accompaniment, and outreach
• assist with DVPO paperwork
• coordinate care with community partners
• facilitate support groups
• maintain confidential records
• support grant reporting and agency documentation
• translate Safe Alliance documents when applicable
• participate in community outreach and professional development.

Why this role

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required. Spanish-speaking ability and experience with victims or in human services are preferred. The position may require work outside typical hours because the agency provides services 24/7.
