Distribution Manager

The Distribution Manager is an onsite role based in Benet Lake, WI. This role exists to provide hands-on leadership on the warehouse floor, coaching employees and driving operational excellence. The manager is responsible for overseeing daily inbound and outbound activities, developing warehouse management teams, and implementing data-driven improvements to ensure high levels of safety, productivity, and service.

What you'll do

• Lead by example on the warehouse floor, working alongside employees to ensure high levels of accuracy, productivity and safety.
• Direct all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers who lead a team of 500+ employees through daily feedback and hands-on leadership.
• Drive operational excellence through accountability and continuous improvement to deliver industry-leading service and same-day shipping.
• Investigate operational challenges, remove barriers and implement practical, data-driven improvements that strengthen warehouse performance.
