What you'll do

• Uphold service standards
• prepare for service with cash counts, floor maps, and pre-shift notes
• lead daily pre-shift meetings
• ensure policies, procedures, and training are followed
• provide employee feedback
• coordinate front- and back-of-house execution
• resolve guest service issues
• manage To Go service and online orders
• coordinate special events
• prepare the End of Night email
• troubleshoot POS issues and coordinate menu edits
• report sales, comps, discounts, cash handling, and deposits
• balance banks and bar tills
• maintain front-of-house cleanliness
• coordinate supplies
• administer disciplinary actions when necessary.
