• follow the buffet production system and production guide
• maintain freshness, taste, appearance, and appropriate serving temperature
• follow recipes and portioning standards
• assist guests with baked goods
• follow just-in-time delivery responsibilities
• maintain cleanliness and comply with local health department laws.
