What you'll do

• Develop sustainable product strategies with Marketing and Engineering for the North America Region business unit.
• Define product sustainability attributes, targets, roadmaps, and progress measures covering energy, water, recycled materials, packaging, recyclability, repairability, and reliability.
• Develop sustainability communications with Marketing and Brands.
• Monitor sustainability regulations and translate them into product compliance baselines and operational standards.
• Support voluntary ESG disclosures through cross-functional data collection and verification, and help implement and monitor internal controls for disclosure data quality.
