What you'll do

• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements
• prepare real estate development documents, due diligence materials, and transaction agreements
• conduct and review title and survey matters
• represent lenders in real estate finance transactions
• advise on industrial and technology-related real estate projects, including data centers and advanced manufacturing facilities
• manage multiple transactions and deadlines
• work with senior attorneys.
