What you'll do

• Advise clients on zoning, land use, real estate, and local government matters
• draft and review municipal and real estate documents
• counsel on zoning applications, development projects, property matters, and regulations
• attend public meetings as needed, including evening municipal meetings
• and research Pennsylvania law to provide practical recommendations.
