Shift Leader – Firehouse Subs

Job overview

The Shift Leader position is onsite in Waukesha, WI. Compensation is $13–$16 per hour. The role reports to the General Manager and is accountable for the profitable operation of an assigned restaurant shift. The shift leader guides the restaurant team in delivering guest service, quality, and cleanliness while following company policies and regulations. The role also supports the General Manager with operations plans, staffing, training, and accurate reporting.

What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and Firehouse Subs policies
• operate shifts within established food cost, labor, utility, and sales guidelines
• lead the team in guest service, quality, and cleanliness
• assist with operations plans and company initiatives
• participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining employees under the General Manager’s guidance
• complete required reports and documents
• communicate business issues to the General Manager or owner.
