The Cultivation Technician — Weekend Shift role is onsite in Hagerstown, MD, with pay of $18.50 per hour. TerrAscend operates cannabis cultivation, processing, and retail businesses across its core markets. This role carries out daily tasks across the indoor cannabis crop production cycle, following standard operating procedures and supporting compliant, quality-focused cultivation and harvest operations.

What you'll do

• Propagate and care for clones
• monitor plant growth and environmental conditions
• inspect for pests and disease and apply integrated pest management practices as directed
• transplant, prune, train, water, and feed plants
• harvest, weigh, dry, and cure crops
• maintain cultivation equipment and work areas
• record inventory in the state-mandated tracking system
• support product preparation and packaging during peak times
• follow safety, security, and compliance procedures.
