What you'll do

• Respond to employment inquiries
• develop recruitment strategies online and in the community
• schedule and conduct interviews
• complete reference, background, motor vehicle, and drug checks
• maintain employment records
• develop engagement strategies
• conduct annual reviews and supervision conversations
• coordinate schedules with the Scheduling Department
• monitor activity and critical metrics
• help plan Care Professional meetings.
