Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager role is onsite in Chicago, IL. Compensation is $105,000–$150,000 per year, plus performance-based bonus opportunities. Accel 7 Construction delivers general contracting services for commercial, industrial, and federal projects. The role leads project execution from bidding through close-out, coordinating teams and project partners to manage schedules, budgets, safety, quality, and client communication. It also oversees estimating, procurement, contract administration, payment workflows, and change orders to support successful project delivery.

What you'll do

• Manage project lifecycles, including estimating, budgeting, subcontractor procurement, and contract negotiations. Coordinate project teams, architects, engineers, and site superintendents to maintain schedules and budgets. Conduct on-site quality and safety inspections
• review subcontractor proposals, draft subcontracts, manage change orders, oversee payment applications, and communicate with project owners.
