Operator Success Coach

What you'll do

• Coach operators on food quality, merchandising, packaging, promotions, labor efficiency, and operational execution
• conduct scheduled store visits
• review business results and key performance indicators
• identify performance gaps and develop action plans
• document observations and follow-up
• provide onsite coaching and training
• support operational challenges and guest concerns
• reinforce food safety and sanitation
• use Salesforce or approved systems to track activity
• partner with store-opening teams
• support food shows, training events, and field initiatives as assigned.
