Senior Contracts Engineer/Officer — Data Center Construction

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day owner-side contract administration
• track contracts, amendments, change orders, notices, claims, payments, and milestones
• review change-order requests and payment applications
• coordinate commercial issues with project teams and contractors
• monitor contractual compliance
• maintain logs and risk trackers
• support negotiations, audits, closeout, and final account settlement.
