What you'll do

• Analyze commercial and personal lines policies
• draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, denial notices, and position statements
• research legal issues and interpret policy language and statutes
• represent clients in insurance coverage litigation
• manage pleadings, discovery, motion practice, mediation, trial, and appeals as applicable.
