What you'll do

• Lead the proposal lifecycle from planning through submission, debriefs, and lessons learned
• direct responses to government solicitations
• partner with Business Development and Capture leadership on strategies and messaging
• maintain proposal processes, templates, standards, and best practices
• manage schedules, resources, reviews, production, and submissions
• ensure compliance with solicitation requirements, FAR, and DFARS
• lead and develop proposal personnel
• maintain content libraries and repositories
• support capture planning and bid/no-bid discussions
• develop metrics and oversee proposal technologies and automation.
