It supports a consistent employee experience and program compliance through data-informed reviews, clear communications, sound governance, and collaboration with Legal and Finance.

What you'll do

• Lead implementation of global benefits and well-being programs
• manage, coach, and develop the Global Benefits team
• assess programs and market trends and contribute to annual country benefits reviews
• coordinate administration, communication, and delivery with regional HR teams
• develop employee and candidate communications
• manage broker, vendor, and consultant relationships
• gather market data and analyze benchmarking reports
• collaborate with Legal and stakeholders on compliance
• partner with Finance on budgeting, cost tracking, and financial modeling
• maintain documentation, governance frameworks, and processes.
