What you'll do

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals
• maintain a safe therapeutic environment and respect individual rights
• oversee cleaning, housekeeping, and supply restocking
• ensure the Structured Therapeutic Program Schedule is followed
• coordinate with departments on appointments, admissions, and discharges
• document participation and shift activities
• hand off health-status information
• maintain staff coverage
• attend required meetings
• communicate with families and guardians
• report suspected abuse, neglect, exploitation, or misappropriation.
