Lead Teacher

The Lead Teacher role is onsite in Dublin, Georgia. Pay is $10–$12 per hour. Eventus Education’s program aims to provide a loving, safe, developmentally appropriate classroom experience that supports children’s physical, intellectual, social, and emotional well-being. The teacher plans and delivers developmentally appropriate lessons, supervises children, monitors progress, and maintains classroom records and safety. The role also coordinates with an assistant teacher, families, and school administrators to support a consistent learning environment.

What you'll do

• Prepare and implement weekly lesson plans
• create engaging classroom learning areas
• establish routines and age-appropriate discipline
• monitor children’s development
• maintain attendance and progress records
• keep facilities and materials clean and safe
• provide snacks and meals
• communicate with parents and caregivers
• supervise children and respond to injuries
• collaborate with the assistant teacher
• communicate with school leadership
• complete required paperwork and professional development.
