What you'll do

• Lead and develop in-house engineers and an offshore development pod
• own platform roadmaps and portfolio decisions
• evaluate and onboard applications
• manage vendor relationships and escalations
• ensure release management, CI/CD, deployment, and integration practices
• drive incident root-cause analysis
• identify AI opportunities
• translate marketing stakeholder needs into platform capabilities
• communicate service health, risks, and progress.
