Job overview

The General Operator role is an onsite position located in Woodhull, IL. Pay is $19/hour, and this role supports the production team in agricultural operations. This role exists to support seasonal harvest and seed processing activities. The operator will perform manual sorting, cleaning, and packaging tasks to maintain safety and quality standards.

What you'll do

• Manually sorting corn for rogue ears, stalks, husks, trash, and other debris.
• Throwing discard materials into chutes and reworking corn ears on the reclaim conveyor.
• Sweeping and cleaning the work area at the end of each shift.
• Supporting seasonal harvest activities, including seed crop inspection and seed packaging.
• Maintaining safety and quality standards while performing daily tasks.
