The Electrical Service Administrator / Permit Technician role is onsite in West Palm Beach, FL, with a Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule and a one-hour lunch. Pay is $22–$24 per hour. Jacks Electric LLC provides electrical services in the West Palm Beach area. The role coordinates service administration and permitting so technicians, customers, and management have accurate schedules and job information. It manages permits and notices, work orders, customer communications, and service records from job creation through completion.

What you'll do

• Schedule service technicians
• submit permits and notices of commencement and follow up
• coordinate with FPL and No Cuts
• answer calls and customer inquiries
• manage and document work orders
• track job status with field technicians
• update customer records and service boards
• support office administration and coordination.
