What you'll do

• Manage three to four active custom home and remodeling projects from start to finish
• build and manage schedules
• coordinate trades and suppliers
• oversee quality control
• meet trades onsite and keep clients informed
• maintain clean and safe job sites and perform light labor if needed
• coordinate change orders
• manage handoffs and warranty items
• learn and use Job Tread
• mentor assistant project managers and job-site laborers when applicable.
