What you'll do

• Lead and coach overnight technical staff and contract personnel
• support hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling
• track team performance
• improve maintenance and readiness workflows
• escalate technical issues
• analyze fleet data
• enforce safety policies
• oversee software deployment, vehicle intake, pre-mission checks, and vehicle movement.
