The Speech-Language Pathologist — Part-Time role is onsite in Concord, CA. Compensation is $55–$65 per hour. Cortica provides integrated care for neurodevelopmental differences and pediatric therapy. The SLP delivers individualized, play-based speech and language therapy for children, works with families and a multidisciplinary care team, and contributes to clinical quality. The role also includes opportunities to supervise and mentor speech-language pathology assistants and participate in Cortica’s Clinical Ladder Program.

What you'll do

• Provide play-based speech and language therapy integrating sensory, motor, and cognitive strategies
• develop individualized treatment plans
• educate and empower families to use communication strategies beyond sessions
• maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and company policies
• consult across disciplines
• and supervise and mentor SLPAs. Participation in the Clinical Ladder Program and growth toward full-time are described as opportunities.
