What you'll do

• Sell John Deere compact construction equipment and attachments
• prospect new, dormant, and walk-in accounts
• greet customers and recommend equipment
• call assigned accounts and promote dealership products and services
• follow up on leads and quotes within 24 hours
• negotiate prices and financial terms and complete sales documentation
• maintain customer and sales activity records in CRM/Dynamics
• demonstrate equipment
• meet call and sales targets
• attend training and sales meetings
• evaluate used equipment for trade-in when requested
• follow safety policies.
