The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m. The officer protects Cologix’s mission-critical data center facilities, personnel, customers, and infrastructure. The officer carries out physical security controls through access management, surveillance, patrols, incident response, and life-safety support. Accurate records and timely escalation help maintain secure, traceable facility operations.

What you'll do

• Verify identities and control facility access
• monitor surveillance, access-control alarms, and fire alarms
• conduct interior and exterior patrols
• issue visitor credentials and maintain logs
• respond to incidents and emergencies within training and procedures
• support secure shipping and receiving
• handle security tickets and communications
• document findings and escalate concerns appropriately.
