What you'll do

• Research and collect technical data from multiple sources
• analyze and rationalize data
• conduct data collection from mobile applications and other digital sources
• create management status reports and client reports as assigned
• work with team members to meet objectives
• train and mentor less experienced team members on routine tasks
• execute or create basic automation scripts
• follow quality procedures consistent with the company’s quality management system.
