This role exists to ensure high-quality project execution for key merchandising initiatives, including category resets and product stocking. The District Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing staff while maintaining strict on-time project completion rates and controlling operational costs.

What you'll do

• Train, coach, and mentor hourly employees
• maintain 95%+ on-time project execution
• foster relationships with retailers
• plan and organize staffing
• manage district costs including mileage and overtime
• travel to job sites to engage with teams.
