Residential Sales Associate

What you'll do

• Set expectations with customers through setup calls
• meet customers in person and complete the 10+1 Estimate Process
• prepare monthly territory marketing plans with the direct supervisor
• place lawn signs and distribute door hangers according to the plan
• participate in company-sponsored home shows and cold-call campaigns
• document production or customer-service concerns with photos
• complete required CertaPro University and estimate-process training
• update lead profiles, job profiles, and proposals in Certa Notes
• replicate the database daily
• prepare weekly results analysis
• maintain point-of-sale and marketing materials.
