The Corporate Associate, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) — Hybrid role is hybrid, with approximately three days per week in the Boston, MA office. Compensation is $260,000–$310,000 per year, plus a performance-based bonus. The associate joins a nationally recognized Corporate practice advising clients on sophisticated transactions.

What you'll do

• Represent private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, family offices, financial institutions, and corporate clients in M&A and private equity transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
• conduct and manage legal due diligence
• help structure and execute domestic and cross-border transactions through closing
• advise on governance and transaction strategy
• coordinate workstreams and manage timelines and closing deliverables
• collaborate across practice areas and communicate practical legal advice to clients.
