What you'll do

• Perform outdoor carpentry work including demolition, digging, layout, framing, and finish carpentry
• build decks, roofs, and related structures
• read plans and communicate them to the crew
• maintain quality and efficiency
• lead carpentry work, give directions, and train employees when serving as lead
• provide professional customer service.
