Compensation is $2 per hour. The Lead Team Member role is an onsite position located in Manassas, VA. 50/hr for hours worked between 10pm and 6am, supporting the food service operations at Sheetz, Inc. This role exists to provide leadership and mentorship to store team members, ensuring high-quality customer service and operational efficiency. The lead team member is responsible for delegating tasks, maintaining product availability, and fostering a positive, high-energy environment for both staff and customers.

What you'll do

• Welcome customers with top-tier service, prepare quality food and beverages to specifications, mentor and coach team members, manage in-store inventory and merchandising, and maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen, and dining areas.
