What you'll do

• Assist with inventory tracking and product management using SAP
• help create and adjust team schedules
• oversee store operations and serve as manager on duty when the Store Manager is unavailable
• assist with onboarding and training
• guide and support retail associates
• provide customer service
• support merchandising, restocking, and store presentation
• resolve customer concerns and employee questions.
