What you'll do

• Lead event staff and help ensure guest needs and event plans are met
• review guest counts and menus using the Banquet Event Order
• set tables and buffets according to the event order
• maintain the professional appearance of banquet areas and food stations
• observe service standards for meetings, meals, receptions, and buffets
• attend required staff meetings and training
• maintain equipment
• answer guest questions and relay requests or complaints
• may present, open, and pour wine.
