Brand Coach — Franchise Operations

The coach advises an assigned portfolio of franchise owners, helping them interpret financial and operational performance, set measurable goals, and carry out improvement plans. The role contributes to stronger, scalable franchise operations by connecting owners with practical guidance and internal resources.

What you'll do

• Conduct business reviews, coaching sessions, and performance check-ins
• help franchisees identify operational challenges and execute improvement plans
• review profit and loss statements, revenue, expenses, margins, and key performance indicators
• advise on pricing, labor, profitability, cash flow, scheduling, staffing, and service delivery
• identify underperforming locations and develop strategies
• partner with internal teams and communicate franchisee feedback
• travel to franchise locations as needed.
