Utility-Scale Concrete Division Manager

The Utility-Scale Concrete Division Manager role is onsite in Prineville, OR or Gilbert, AZ, with approximately 25% monthly travel to project sites nationwide and additional travel as business needs require. Salary is $180,000–$250,000 per year. The position leads R-2 Contractors’ Concrete Division and its utility-scale construction work. The manager oversees structural concrete operations across projects, develops field leaders, and coordinates people, equipment, materials, and subcontractors. The role contributes to safe, productive, high-quality project delivery and the division’s long-term growth.

What you'll do

• Lead utility-scale concrete operations across multiple projects
• build, mentor, and develop Superintendents, Foremen, and field leaders
• oversee structural concrete construction and quality control
• coordinate reinforcing steel, formwork, embedded items, concrete production, pumping, placement, finishing, and curing
• plan resources and support project scheduling, forecasting, budgeting, and execution
• monitor productivity, quality, equipment use, and performance
• partner with project, operations, estimating, and executive teams
• maintain customer and stakeholder relationships
• promote safety and continuous improvement.
