What you'll do

• Oversee daily emergency department operations, patient flow, and throughput
• partner with hospital leadership on evidence-based practices, clinical outcomes, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction
• mentor, recruit, and retain clinical staff
• manage the departmental budget, purchasing, payroll, and resource utilization
• coordinate urgent and emergency care, including support for the campus Nightingale Regional Air Ambulance landing pad.

Why this role
