What you'll do

• Follow safety procedures
• assist with preventive maintenance and housekeeping
• inspect and maintain property, buildings, and equipment
• help complete apartment make-readies and service requests
• address emergency conditions and notify supervisors
• inspect and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems
• report hazards
• maintain tools, supplies, and inventory
• assist with property disturbances and emergencies
• clean exterior office and pool areas daily before 9:00 a.m.
