CNC Machinist III — First Shift

What you'll do

• Train employees in setup and operation of CNC and manual machine tools, including grinders
• read blueprints, setup sheets, and work orders
• select and install tooling and fixtures
• load or select CNC programs and adjust offsets, feed rates, and speeds
• perform dry runs and first-article inspections
• monitor production cycles and correct out-of-tolerance sequences
• troubleshoot mechanical or processing issues
• clean, lubricate, and perform basic preventive maintenance
• hand off running machines and monitor initial production
• operate CNC equipment as required.

Why this role
