What you'll do

• perform labor, material, and equipment quantity takeoffs across trades
• solicit, review, and level subcontractor and supplier bids
• analyze plans, specifications, and scope for risks and cost impacts
• collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers
• maintain cost databases and estimating templates
• support bid submissions, proposals, and client presentations.
