What you'll do

• Lead daily sales, customer service, and team execution
• train and develop employees
• review reports to identify opportunities to improve results
• drive revenue through customer service, follow-up, and closing sales
• support customer retention and account follow-up
• manage schedules, inventory, and store standards
• and lead the store when needed. The role supervises and develops a team of 3–5. Requires at least 2–3 years of leadership or management experience, strong sales or retail experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work the stated schedule: Monday–Friday 9 a.m.–7 p.m. and required Saturdays 9 a.m.–6 p.m.
